Refund policy

Because our product is a consumable gas (CO₂), refunds or exchanges are not possible once an order has been delivered.

However, in the unlikely event that:

• the cylinder we provided is not the type you ordered (Classic or Quick Connect), or

• the cylinder is defective

please contact us at bonjour@sodamtl.ca and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will always work to ensure you receive the correct, functional cylinder for your sparkling water machine.
